Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — as described in the original listing, with no additional wear, damage, or alteration — and include any documentation provided with it (such as a certificate of authenticity). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As each piece is a vintage, pre-owned item, please note that a return is based on the item matching its listed description and condition, not on it being "new" or "unused."

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, significantly different from its u receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable i

Because our inventory is vintage and often one-of-a-kind, please review each listing's photos and condition notes carefuunable to accept returns on saleitems or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific piece beforeyou buy.

Exchanges

Since our pieces are one-o able to offer direct exchanges.The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchastead — availabilitypermitting.

European Union 14-day cooling

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or rys, for any reason and withoutjustification. As above, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with any included documentation, and yof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once weur return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Pme time for your bank or creditcard company to process and post the refund too.
